Adobe is the most purchased marketing technology software vendor globally, according to the Forrester Analytics Global Business Technographics® Priorities And Journey Survey, 2019. Despite the fact that Forrester has been covering services research for major tech vendors such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP, we haven’t done it for Adobe until now. As the first step, my colleague Ted Schadler and I just published Forrester’s first Adobe services report: “Now Tech: Adobe Implementation Services, Q1 2020.”

In the report, we included 24 of the most important global agencies, consultancies, and tech service firms that provide Adobe services across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. We summarized the three types of service provider capabilities across customer experience, design, consulting, implementation, support, and operations, as well as their coverage of Adobe products such as Advertising Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Platform.

Based on service providers’ annual Adobe implementation services revenue, we segmented them into three categories: large (more than $200 million), midsize ($50 million to $200 million), and small (less than $50 million). Under each category, we provided an overview of service providers with details on capabilities, geography, vertical market focus, and sample customers.
