Agile Transformation Everywhere! - Winning over Stakeholders

One of my favorite workshops that I do is called Agile for Stakeholders. Now there are books, frameworks, and tools to help agile product owners, scrum masters, and leads, including StarCIO Agile Planner, but there are limited resources for stakeholders.

Agile Transformation Everywhere!

Stakeholders are anyone that contributes to priorities, requirements, and business cases to product owners as input to the vision and product backlogs. Most agile teams and teams of teams work with multiple stakeholders, so educating them on how agile works and how to be active participants is essential.

If your product owners are struggling working getting essential requirements or priorities from stakeholders, then please have a look at the workshop!

But I have a second and more critical motive with this workshop.

I look to convert stakeholders to agile enthusiasts. Specifically, I want them to learn how agile can be applied in their organizations.

Agile methodologies, practices, methodologies, cultures, and mindsets are not just for IT, digital, and data organizations. They're used in marketing, operations, human resources, finance, and sales. I can't think of an industry that shouldn't consider using agile in areas of innovation, experimentation, and uncertainty. And just like in IT, they can help break down long, complicated projects into agile releases that deliver incremental business value.

See and learn more in this week's episode of 5 Minutes with @NYIke on Agile is Everywhere. Learn how we leverage agile to run StarCIO - and get clued in on a not-so-big secret that I announce at the end of the video.
