Martin Aircraft has developed personal jetpacks that can either be controlled remotely or be piloted. The jetpacks can reach speeds of 45 mph and travel as long at 30 min. Speaking to CNBC earlier this week, Martin Aircraft CEO Peter Coker said that his company’s jetpack will initially be of interest to and useful for first responders in emergency situations.
