Microsoft seems to build a new community program more focused on enterprise clients. New Microsoft values direct interaction & contributions with product groups and enterprise clients. In this post, let’s see what Microsoft Customer Connection Program Digital Badges are available for Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune and ConfigMgr (A.K.A SCCM).
Is it the new way of engaging with enterprise customers & rewarding their contributors? I don’t have any further information about this program from Microsoft. Let’s share how many of you already got your badges in the comments 🙂
Introduction
Microsoft has many customer connection programs, and rewarding those customer connection engagements is something new?
I know many individuals (not Microsoft MVPs) who feed Microsoft product groups via customer connection channels. This program is there for many years. As per Microsoft Principal Program Manager Lead Lee Dicks Clark, this type of program helps them to innovate & build new products + features.
NOTE! – I don’t think this program is anyways related to the Microsoft MVP program.
Yes, I’m a community member now. Let’s check my badge here – https://www.youracclaim.com/badges/8c5cc2d9-bf66-462d-8612-9924ce8fb13b (Ignore the typo in the Name:-D)

Hi Anoop,
I’ve been trying to signup for the Microsoft Customer Connection Program, but am having issues. I’d like to get the membership badges, but am at a loss on how to get them. I’ve reached out to members of the techcommunity.microsoft.com, but no helpful info. I just keep getting directed to Credly.com.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction? I’m hoping to get the exact URL to signup for the program, and get some guidance to getting the badge.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
David
Hello David – I thought the invite should come from a Microsoft representative? I don’t know whether it’s open to the public. I never signed up myself to enroll in this program.
Also, your organization should be part of private preview programs to get enrolled into this if I understand it correctly. There are some NDA agreements and other criteria as well.
