Etailz, a Spokane, Wash.-based company that helps brands sell on huge platforms run by companies such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay, today announced that it is now known as Kaspien.

The company’s publicly-traded parent, Trans World Entertainment Corporation, is also changing its name to Kaspien Holdings to reflect its sole focus on the Kaspien business.

Trans World Entertainment acquired Etailz in 2016 for $75 million in cash and stock.

Etailz landed $25 million in debt funding in February, and raised another $5.2 million in April.
