Take Diverse Paths to Business Model Innovation A business model is a description of the way in which an enterprise intends to make the profit. It’s an entire frame of elements that describe the intents and constraints of a business or organization. Tuning business model is all about foreseeing and applying the emerging trends, that’s where you win the competitive advantage. As a business leader, when you begin to develop a business model, you also have to be very clear about your organizational strength and how to explore different paths and take the alternative value creation approach.

The Corporate Board’s Synthetic View Digital is about changes, closer to reality is that 'change' is continuously happening in such a dynamic environment of a company. Businesses need to recognize the change and help leaders meet the challenge via business savviness and agility. Improvisation, fact-finding, analysis and synthesis, trial and error, all are necessary ingredients of leadership. In particular, senior leaders at the board level should shape the synthetic view in order to understand things holistically, drive change radically and lead the business transformation deeply.

The Business "Problem Framer": Where to Start We live in an era full of uncertainty, velocity, complexity, and ambiguity. The result is a higher risk of business conflicts and change inertia, etc. Organizations shouldn’t just respond to the dynamic digital environment in a reactive way. They need to have a deep insight to identify critical problems and take a holistic approach to solve them effectively. A solution is nothing if the problem is not perceived. Creating awareness of the problem is the first step, but where to start?

Shaping Digital Organization via Contextualization, Synchronization, and Harnomization Organizations all face fierce competitions and continuous disruptions. How successfully the organization can handle “VUCA” digital new normal depends on how fast and capable they can adapt to changes. The organization has become "unconscious" if it is no longer responding to the external environment or shows internal culture inertia or friction. It’s crucial for business management not letting things “falling apart” but building an “integral whole” and shaping a high mature digital organization via contextualization, synchronization, and harmonization.

Blogging is not about writing, but about thinking about the new ideas; it’s not just about WHAT to say, but about WHY to say, and HOW to say it. It reflects the color and shade of your thought patterns, and it indicates the peaks and curves of your thinking waves. Unlike pure entertainment, quality and professional content takes time for digesting, contemplation and engaging, and therefore, it takes the time to attract the "hungry minds" and the "deep souls." It’s the journey to amplify diverse voices and deepen digital footprints, and it's the way to harness your innovative spirit.
