In the new Update, Microsoft Teams shows the LinkedIn Profile of a Person in his Profile Card. Searching for a Person on Microsoft Teams will show the LinkedIn logo on their profile Card if they have LinkedIn Account.

3. Speaker Coach

Speaker Coach on Microsoft Teams helps users to improve their Speaking Skills in Teams Meetings. You can easily Turn on the Speaker Coach option in a Teams Meeting. The below list and Screenshot show how to enable the Speaker Coach option on Teams Meeting.

The schedule Send feature helps users schedule and send a message later. It is really helpful for people in another time zone. You can easily send messages at any time.

  • Schedule suggestions can be made by selecting a chat in the Teams App and typing your Message. After that, right-click the send button and select the date and time to schedule the Message.
  • Click on Send at the scheduled time from the below window then it shows on the below window. You can also prepare files for sending later on the Teams App.

Intelligent Recap brings users AI-generated meeting recordings. It is based on PowerPoint Live, which breaks up the Meeting. Presentation Content is used to Break up the session into sections.

6. Personalized Timeline Makers

Personalized Timeline Makers help to indicate when you joined and left the Meeting. It is only possible when you have a Teams Premium license. It helps to find the meeting parts you may have missed quickly.

7. Branded Meetings

Microsoft Teams allows Teams Premium users to configure Branded Meetings. It includes the company logo, colors custom backgrounds for the lobby and Meeting. Customized organizational environments that are available to all premium licensed users.

8. Watermarking

Teams premium license can use watermarking by enabling it from Teams Admins. Organizer’s email address is used as watermarking over the screen sharing in this new Update. It helps to secure confidential data during Meetings.

9. Virtual Appointments for Teams Premium

Virtual Appointment for Teams Premium is the latest feature introduced by Microsoft Teams to users. It helps to get additional feature includes view the meeting queue for all appointments and viewing analytics for your bookings.

Microsoft Teams allows organizers to enable a registration Waitlist and manual approval function after creating a webinar event. If the Webinar is full, people can sign up for the Webinar.

11. Custom Registration Start/ End Times
