Install SCCM Hotfix
- Launch ConfigMgr 2002 version of the console.
- Navigate through \Administration\ Overview \Updates and Servicing.
- Right-click on Configuration Manager 2002 Hotfix (KB4553501)
- Click on Install Update Pack (Run prerequisite check for production environment)
- Click next to continue.
- Click on NEXT to continue “Upgrade without validating“
- Accept the agreement and click next to Continue
- Click NEXT to continue
- Navigate to \Monitoring\Overview\Updates and Servicing Status\Configuration Manager 2002 Hotfix (KB4553501) to check the status

Great article but how come you didn’t mention that after the hotfix was applied to the primary site serve, use must the recover all secondary site servers.
Oops that is not good … I didn’t find that in the known issues … did you find any know issues ?
