Glassbox, a digital experience analytics provider for mobile and web applications, has announced integrating ChatGPT, the popular AI tool, into its platform. With this integration, the digital customer experience platform intends to make customer data and insights more available than ever for its customers.
Providing Simplicity to Its Customers
According to Glassbox, besides its funnels, reports, and journey mapping, the ChatGPT integration is expected to add a level of simplicity for the platform’s customers worldwide. For example, users may be able to ask any business-related questions or raise queries in their native language and receive the particular data or insights they requested within a short duration. This means it can put the power of the platform’s customer insights at the fingertips of even people not trained in data analytics.
