Slumping, socially distanced Bernie Sanders has made his way to Seattle.
As the internet continues to exhibit its joy over life under a new U.S. president, the meme heard ’round the world is showing up on the social feeds of Seattle-area personalities, organizations and businesses. And more than 24 hours after the Vermont senator sat with his mitten-clad hands crossed in his lap at the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, we’re still chuckling.
In his little folding chair, Sanders has taken in sporting events, ridden mass transit, gone back in time to visit world leaders, joined famous movie and TV characters in various scenes, inserted himself in famous works of art, and so much more.
