Co-creation with enterprise customers is key to tapping lucrative B2B and B2B2X opportunities. By participating in a wide ecosystem of partners, communications service providers (CSPs) can create new revenue and drive innovation.
The coming year promises to bring more rapid change to the telecoms industry. One of the most accurate barometers of what our industry faces was the recent TM Forum’s Digital Transformation World. to CSPs and vendors during a special session. At this session and during meetings over the course of three days, we received a phenomenal response to our request-for-partner idea. There is a huge appetite now to continue to engage with all the relevant stakeholders – technology and procurement teams within CSPs, technology vendors, systems integrators and legal firms and consultants – to drive real change.
But if CSPs and vendors are to embrace new working practices such as Agile software development, changes to procurement processes are mandatory.
