If you have an older system but are worried that it won’t support Windows 10 — or if you simply don’t want to deal with Windows anymore — I have a suggestion: Switch to desktop Linux.

Unfortunately, the demo fails with a couple of different errors, and Richards’ backup video also doesn’t work, so he has to manually walk through what the demo would have looked like if everything had worked. Microsoft is contributing Windows support to runC. (The live demo doesn’t quite work as expected.) ARM support is underway.

For those of you using solutions like HP VirtualConnect or similar that allow you to slice and dice a 10Gb link into smaller links, this is a design consideration you’ll want to be sure to incorporate. Windows Backup has native Hyper-V support in Windows Server 2012. Good post Frank! How about some oVirt inception?
