I spoke with TimeTrade president Gary Ambrosino about the customer engagement opportunity, and why in-store sales aren’t dead yet. By that I mean, today about 75 percent of the purchase process is conducted using online and social media to do product research, read reviews, visit websites and especially, use online catalogs.
