If you have a system that has been infected or the drive had to be replaced, you'll need to lay down a new bare OS and then have autopilot finish up the configuration of the machine. The next task will delete most of the MDT files on the system. Here is the program page. I used a dummy delete.cmd file as that part is not needed.
