Microsoft acquires Fungible, a data center infrastructure company

Microsoft has acquired Fungible , a 6-year-old startup that helps companies with data center storage and networking needs. The company was founded by former Apple engineering leader Bertrand Serlet and CEO Pradeep Sindhu , who co-founded Juniper Networks. Earlier reports pegged the deal at $190 million.
