NetApps has agreed to buy Instaclustr, a service provider supporting open-source database, pipeline, and workflow applications in the cloud. It will add it to its Spot by NetApp portfolio, the collection of SaaS tools built around the cloud management and cost optimization company it bought in 2022. Lansweeper acquires UMAknow.
