Charlie Bell, a former Amazon Web Services executive, is now the leader of Microsoft’s newly formed, 10,000-person security engineering organization. Microsoft also has a Digital Crimes Unit with an extensive track record of identifying, pursuing and taking down botnets, ransomware rings and other criminal networks online.
