Please note that this will erase the ENTIRE primary hard disk on your server, so make sure you have a backup of ALL your data, and customization. Now just plug in your USB Backup drive, and set it up however you like. However, it seems that you can't used the built-in server backup feature if you do this. Troubleshooting.
