The four layers of the DoD model—Link, Internet, Transport, and Application—have a rough correlation to the seven layers of the OSI model, as shown here. Yes, other protocols will almost certainly be present, but in the data center I think it is reasonably safe to assume the use of Ethernet and TCP/IP.
