With Windows 7 I was running it in production far before it even reached Alpha stage (which makes Windows 7 the operating system I’ve run the longest, ever). It was the XP Bliss days all over again, but on a faster, more secure, more compatible, more more more system. obviously different software packages will vary.

One year later, I began using S3 via JungleDisk at home as a way to backup my hundreds of gigabytes of photos. Then a couple of weeks ago, I saw a very compelling demo of Mark Logic , "a provider of infrastructure software for information-centric applications" (re: funding announcement ) running on EC2. agile software development. In fact I have a few friends that work at RIM, one specifically who works on the Playbook [software]. Jeda Networks describes themselves as a “software-defined storage networking” company. Basically, what Jeda Networks does is create a software-based FCoE overlay on an existing Ethernet network. Even so, I’m going to keep an eye on Jeda to see how things progress. Diablo Technologies.

Please note that this will erase the ENTIRE primary hard disk on your server, so make sure you have a backup of ALL your data, and customization. The server should automatically boot off the USB key, format the drive and install all of the operating system files. The 3rd is used for server backups now. Troubleshooting.
