Photo: Linux Mint. If you have an older system but are worried that it won’t support Windows 10 — or if you simply don’t want to deal with Windows anymore — I have a suggestion: Switch to desktop Linux. Desktop Linux can run on your Windows 7 (and older) laptops and desktops. Teams now runs on Linux. Which Linux?

Unfortunately, the demo fails with a couple of different errors, and Richards’ backup video also doesn’t work, so he has to manually walk through what the demo would have looked like if everything had worked. (The live demo doesn’t quite work as expected.) Hykes takes the stage again, re-iterating Docker Network’s experimental status.

Why I should have this book is elementary: Not because I'm planning on getting certified like most, but because I know LINUX & OS/X intimately and SBS 2011 is neither of those. I have just received my first Windows Server (HP proliant microserver) and I have found it a little tricky getting to know the Active Directory role.

Well, now included in WHS 2011, is the Launchpad, which enables you to easily backup your PC, access your Remote Web Access site (without having to know the URL, even if it changes!), You can backup that data to an internal, or better yet, external hard drive! First, the backup is automated. It was called ShareMaster.

For those of you using solutions like HP VirtualConnect or similar that allow you to slice and dice a 10Gb link into smaller links, this is a design consideration you’ll want to be sure to incorporate. Windows Backup has native Hyper-V support in Windows Server 2012. Anything less causes the concurrent limit to remain at 4.
