If it is not, the script pops up a window saying the build failed due to the TPM not being ready. The function I wrote uses Dell's CCTK.exe file to check the status of the TPM. I wrote the script below, integrating the BitLockerSAK function written by Stéphane vg , to verify TPM is on, TPM is cleared, and TPM is activated.

We recently started getting access is denied when trying to enable bitlocker on our Dell Latitude E7440 models. We contacted Dell Premiere support and they concurred. Dell replaced the motherboard and this issue persisted. I laid down a base windows 7 image with no drivers or windows updates.
