Apple just wrapped up its “One More Thing” hardware live stream, where it announced new versions of the MacBook Air, the 13-inch MacBook Pro, and the Mac mini, each with its newly announced, promising M1 silicon. I saw a demo of the product—it looks quite handy, and provides a pretty fair amount of information to help operators figure out what’s happening “under the covers.” RIP Solaris.
