The cost is very low, the agility is excellent, and when done right the risks can be mitigated.

Luc Perkins (@ lucperkins ) says in his blog that the Obama campaign was unbelievably agile. He employed an agile framework that was modular and very iterative. It was 100% cloud based and polyglot.
