Record the drive letters (in this example, C: & F:) that exist on Disk 0. Finally, remove any external USB disks (extra storage, or server backups) or turn them off/un-plug them, as Setup may get confused with these disks attached and fail. We recently started getting access is denied when trying to enable bitlocker on our Dell Latitude E7440 models. We would get Error code: 0x80070005 when trying to enable bitlocker via the control panel. I downgraded the BIOS We disabled the Cisco Anywhere Connect VPN software from being installed during the build.
