Microsoft acquires Fungible, a data center infrastructure company

Microsoft has acquired Fungible , a 6-year-old startup that helps companies with data center storage and networking needs. Earlier reports pegged the deal at $190 million. Fungible, based in Silicon Valley, raised a $200 million Series C round led by SoftBank in 2019 and cut its workforce in August.
