HP Envy x360 (2020) review: AMD wins again

The best laptop under $1,000 This year’s HP Envy x360 is a big deal. Traditionally, the Envy line has been HP’s midrange option; it’s a rung above the budget Pavilion, but a rung below the flagship Spectre.
